Rajiv is a Software Engineer and Tech Founder who also moonlights as a blogger and dabbles in journalism. In 2014, he wrote a viral essay titled "Reinventing Democracy – Election by Jury", which kickstarted this discussion and eventually spawned this website. When not writing code or discussing politics, Rajiv enjoys spending time with his wife and children in New York.
Clay initially got into electoral reform by way of research into alternative voting methods such as score voting and approval voting in 2006. He co-founded the Center for Election Science in 2010, which went on to help bring approval voting to Fargo, ND and St Louis, MO. He works as a software engineer and resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two children.
